本案原建商提供的格局為三房，並將私領域分散於空間的兩端。透過平面格局的調整，我們將私領域統一至同一方向，並減少一間房，讓屋主平日長時間使用的公領域自然成為家中採光最佳的位置，發揮空間的最大效益。
其中，餐桌與工作區的複合使用，選擇經典壁燈搭配特殊漆作為空間的設計主軸。此外，屋主偏好間接照明的光線表現，我們便將間接照明的形式融合至天花板造型中，營造出各區域之間的獨立性與延伸感。整體空間調性則透過屋主精選的家具與大膽跳色的沙發，呈現融合之中帶有亮點的空間氛圍。

The original layout provided by the developer featured three bedrooms, with the private areas divided at opposite ends of the space. Through a reconfiguration of the floor plan, we consolidated the private areas in one direction and reduced the number of bedrooms by one. This allowed the public area—where the homeowner spends most of their time—to occupy the brightest part of the home, maximizing the space’s potential.
The dining table also serves as a workspace, with a classic wall lamp paired with special textured paint as the central design focus. Additionally, as the homeowner prefers indirect lighting, we incorporated this lighting style into the ceiling design, creating a sense of separation and continuity between different zones. The overall spatial tone is unified yet vibrant, achieved through the homeowner’s carefully selected furniture and a boldly colored statement sofa that adds visual interest to the space.
